Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase awareness, loyalty, and brand equity in the Fintech sector.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize company profiles, product listings, and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee,Tiktok).
- Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Plan and create engaging, SEO-friendly content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and ads.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Analyze and report performance of branding and e-commerce initiatives using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Support PR and media relations efforts where necessary.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within Fintech, Banking or e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for various platforms, for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Experience managing content calendars and working with creative teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Good communication skills in English.
